为深化国际学生对当代中国治理体系的理解，由Betway体育西汉姆联留学生工作领导小组办公室和必威betway西汉姆共同组织的“行知中国”国际学生研学团于12月12日至14日赴福建省福州市开展“感知闽都文化，体悟中国发展”主题研学。学院18名来自巴西、泰国、埃塞俄比亚、塞拉利昂、印度尼西亚等10个国家的国际学生，以公共管理学科视角深入探访福州的基层治理、产业升级、城市规划与可持续发展实践，在行走中解码中国式现代化的地方样本。本次研学活动由学校留学生工作领导小组办公室方琨老师、学院IMPA项目负责人、MPA教育中心副主任赵檀老师和学院外事秘书李海涵老师全程带队。

探科创之光：闽都实验室

看见“光”的速度

12月12日下午，研学团首站探访闽都创新实验室（中国福建光电信息科学与技术创新实验室）。同学们近距离观察精密光学设备，聆听科研人员讲解技术从实验室到产业的转化历程，在光束流转间直观感受福建光电信息领域的前沿探索，触摸中国科技的创新脉动。

访智造之线：尚飞制衣

见证“中国制造”的全球旅程

同日，研学团还走进了福建省尚飞制衣有限公司，探访智能生产车间与企业总部。自动化设备有序协作的流水线展现着“中国制造”的精度，在与人大校友、公司董事长陈耿的深度座谈中，同学们围绕企业战略规划、海外业务发展等积极提问，从一件服装的诞生全流程，读懂中国产业迈向全球的升级之路。

悟治理之智：福州研究院

读懂中国治理的底层智慧

12月13日上午，我校福州研究院孟繁颖副院长带领研学团参观了Betway体育西汉姆联福州研究院。这座由校地共建的学术平台，成为大家理解“学术赋能地方发展”的生动样本。随后，学院赵檀老师以福州市为例带来“中国基层治理”专题讲座，将基层治理的实践逻辑娓娓道来，引导国际学子探寻中国社会治理的底层智慧。

览转型之路：“3820”战略

读懂三十年城市蝶变

当日下午，“3820”战略工程实施30周年成就展上，图文与实物交织的展览，清晰呈现出福州从江畔小城到现代化国际城市的蜕变轨迹。“一张蓝图绘到底”的前瞻布局与坚定执行，让国际学生们深刻体会到中国城市高质量发展的独特智慧。

探绿色之路：三坊七巷深处

解锁生态“可持续答卷”

研学团还走进福州标志性历史文化街区——三坊七巷，参访了全球可持续发展城市国际联盟交流中心。作为中国首个获得全球可持续发展城市奖的城市，福州在低碳交通、海绵城市建设、生态修复等领域的成果令人瞩目。在这里，国际学生与工作人员深入座谈，分享对城市可持续发展的思考。

溯船政之源：船政博物馆

共鉴向海图强印记

12月14日上午，研学团走进中国船政文化博物馆。馆内泛黄的文献、精密的船模与详实的图纸静静阵列，循着这些珍贵史料的脉络，国际学生们仿佛穿越百年时光，从近代中国“师夷长技以制夷”的航海探索，到打破技术垄断的工业革新，从承载中外贸易往来的文化交流，到凝聚民族图强意志的向海征程，每一段故事都鲜活立体。船政文化不仅深深烙印着福州的城市历史印记，更成为大家触摸中国近代以来开放革新、砥砺奋进精神的生动载体。

国际学子说：当世界目光遇见闽都新章

MESSMORE COELHO FRAGA SILVA ISRAEL（学院巴西籍IMPA项目硕士研究生）

“Visiting Fuzhou felt like taking a peek into the future - a very bright and green future. From flyovers covered in flowers and abundant green areas to new-energy research institutes, everything exhaled hope. In this field trip, we managed to visit cultural sites, research labs (both in technological innovation and social sciences), attend an insightful lecture about rural governance, see in first hand a clothing factory (and even had time to talk to the employees and interview the owner), visit museums about the naval history of the province, global environmental initiatives and see the 3820 project memory hall, which has been an enriching experience beyond words. The old and the new, science and culture, all was managed to be experienced in a way that only Renmin University of China could provide, and I can only be profoundly grateful to hold all those memories deep in my heart.”

“The Fuzhou study tour was an enriching experience that broadened my perspective in multiple areas, particularly as an urban planning student. Among the many valuable moments, the visit to the Fuzhou Research Institute stands out as my key highlight. Professor Zhao Tan’s lecture on the Chinese system of governance, particularly at the local and community levels, was both informative and eye-opening. His insights helped me better understand the intricacies of China’s governance model, especially how it blends centralized control with local adaptation. This new knowledge positively influenced my perception of governance structures and their implications for urban planning.”

“For me, this trip was a profoundly valuable experience. We traveled not only to see new places but to learn and understand more about the life, people, history, and culture of Fuzhou. Moreover, what made this trip particularly special was that we were international students from different countries, brought together by shared curiosity and love for knowledge. The trip left me with several lasting impressions. Our visit to Shangfei Garment Enterprise gave us a real-time look at its day-to-day operations, including how they manage international exports and e-commerce platforms. Assistant Professor Zhao Tan's lecture on ‘China’s Rural Governance’ sparked lively discussions where many students eagerly shared their perspectives, which greatly deepened our understanding of village-level elections and how rural communities choose their leaders.”

国际学生在福州遇见的，不仅是科技的高度、产业的精度、治理的厚度、文化的深度，更是这座城市乃至整个中国，在传统与现代交融中展现的从容与自信。行走中国，正是为了读懂中国。行走中的每一次观察、每一次对话，都让他们触摸到中国发展的真实图景，在文明互鉴中走向更广阔的理解与思考。
